Cancellation Policy

At Creations By LindaRM, many of our products are handmade and may require time and materials to create. Because of this, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Cancellations Before Processing

You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed, shipped, or begun as a custom or made-to-order item.

If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

After 24 Hours

After the 24-hour cancellation period, orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation if they have already been processed, prepared for shipment, or work has begun on a custom or made-to-order piece.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Because custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you, cancellation may not be possible once work has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a custom order.

To request a cancellation, please contact us through our Contact page or email us at [your store email]. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your cancellation request.

We will review your request and let you know whether the order can be canceled.
